Based in Bath, UK although I don’t like to say I’m from anywhere as I prefer to be mobile! Spend lots of my time out in my ‘second home’ Borneo. The Brute Force Sandbag is the cornerstone of my workout schedule.
From cold Finland. I have two Brute Force Sandbags and one is coming and I love them all. I train mostly with strongman equipment and I have punished my Barebones but it won´t break! I am very happy Brute Force Sandbag distributor.
The concept is old but the product is fantastic – it adds a new dimension to circuits, core training with significant gains in functional strength.
The quality and feel – nice to look at but always better to use – the exercises are a combination of damn tough and fun at the same time. Its a challenge.
Bag Types – I have the athlete and strongman so I alternate – having both is essential to mix the training up.
Ergonomically the bag, liners and handles are perfect. Luv my bags.
The results from sandbag training are awesome – I am one step away from double spinal fusions and regular and consistent sandbag training has helped – big toffee to the medical profession.
Service Delivery and advice – 11 out of 10
Would I buy again – do bears poop in the woods?
Next Purchase – Barebones, you are next baby
Johannesburg South Africa
Chris Miller here from Maximum Fitness; located in Columbia, Maryland. East Coast trainer here, putting Brute Force Sandbags on the East Coast map for sure! I have a few sandbags, ranging from the small to the barebones! I train with the sandbags 6 days a week with my clients; who range from the novice, to my MMA and college athletes. I love these bags for personal use! All of my clients LOVE the feel, look and most importantly; the RESULTS they are receiving from these BADASS bags! I always say; don’t train your clients with products you wouldn’t train with and trust yourself! BRUTE FORCE is doing BIG things!!!
From an old school gym junkie who is now a husband, father and busness owner I can tell you it’s hard to look after number 4 and get my workout fix everyday.
I live in a town house with not much storage and could never find a piece of home gym equipment that smashes me as hard as the heavy gym workouts do. (without the storage hassles).
I have 2 bags and am amazed at the variety of ways you can smash yourself up with them. The design is very well thought out, and I like the fact that Keith has consistantly experiemented with the design over the years to get them as perfect as possible. Way beyond a bag full of sand.
Bruteforce will put a smile on your face. (in between sets that is)
Filled with sand from Bondi Beach.
Pennies may be a bit hard on the fillers. A mixture of stryofoam peanuts and pea-gravel might work, but it wouldn’t take long to smoosh the peanuts. Let us know what your research turns up…

i was thinking about filling my sandbag up with pennies, anyone else have that idea, or styrofoam peanuts…..
