Sandbag/LIfting/Training Session July 13

Traditional weight-lifting today. Should have been an off-day!

Warm-up- 5 sets of leg extensions

7 sets of 10 ass-to-grass squats

3 sets of 10 lunges in the Smith-Machine

2 sets 100-count flutter kicks

Stretching

3 mile walk

Training for World’s Toughest Mudder in December.

This training session was done with an injured hand. A lifting hook was used for the deadlifts and shrugs. Feel free to scale, increase or add sets/lifts. You are welcome to add comments regarding your own personal training methods!
